enjoyable and convenient stay

the room size was excellent both the bedroom and bathroom were large and well maintained i appreciated the proximity to the city center it was easily accessible and the staff was always available at the front desk i also found the parking availability to be a great advantage.
the traditional metal key system felt a bit outdated key cards would improve security and ease of use

the superior double room featured comfortable beds and effective blackout curtains the room was clean the linen was fresh and there was enough space for luggage storage i found the layout very functional.

the hotel had convenient on site parking i used it there was also a nice bar area that offered a selection of drinks the location was central and i could easily walk to restaurants and shops.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i received clear directions and recommendations from the front desk the check in and check out processes were efficient and the staff addressed my questions well.

The staff helped me check in early, which i appreciated. I had arrived injured. they also assisted with my luggage. i found the staff very kind and attentive to my needs. the suggestions they made for dinner were perfect.
sound isolation wasn't great, so i did hear noise from other guests using the stairs.

the room was tidy and warm. the superior double room had ample space and provided a comfortable environment. the bed felt great and provided a really restful sleep.

the location was good, it allowed easy walking or access to public transport.
the room felt very basic and cramped. even with the window open, there wasn't much ventilation in the room. the bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were too thin.
